A&R. In the Promotion Dept Grant Hubbard will serve as VP of
National Promotions and Brian Dishon has been named Dir of
National Promotions. They were both formerly with Sparrow.

Salem
Communications Corporation announces that former Secretary
of Education William J. Bennett will host a new, national
morning talk radio show on the SRN network beginning Monday,
April 5th.
"We'll deliver a fast-paced, eye opening national morning
show with news, headline-making guests from the worlds of
politics, media, sports and entertainment, and we'll open up
a dialogue with listeners from coast to coast every
morning," Bennett said. The new radio program entitled Bill
Bennett's "Morning in America" will be broadcast live from
Washington DC every weekday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

position of director of communications. Davis will be
responsible for strategic public relations planning,

fourth quarter net broadcasting revenue increased
12.8% to $45.8 million from
$40.6 million in the same period a year ago. The company
reported operating income of $10.4 million for the quarter,
compared with operating income of $8.7 million for the same
quarter in 2002. The company reported net income of $2.1
million for the quarter, or $0.09 per diluted share,
compared with a net loss of $0.7 million, or $0.03 loss per
