KSBJ Names New Program Director

KSBJ/Houston has upped its APD Troy West to Program Director. West replaces Ty McFarland who exited last month to join KCMS/Seattle (Spirit 105.3) as PD.

“Troy is the standout among all of the candidates for this position,” shares Joe Paulo, President and GM of KSBJ Educational Foundation.  “He exhibits not only a passion for KSBJ’s mission and its talented programming staff, but he also possesses the right set of skills, experience, qualities and a dogged determination to further grow KSBJ’s amazing impact.  I’m super-excited to see the growth that is going to take place under his leadership!”

West’s radio career includes Station Manager and Program Director on WJQK/Grand Rapids (JQ99.3).  Program Director of WAY FM/West Palm Beach.  Troy was named Billboard Magazine National Music Director of the Year at KFSB and KIXQ/Joplin.
